The picture on the left was extracted from one taken by a tourist/photographer on Wednesday, 3/29/06 at 11:56 a.m.; the one on the right was taken at 12:13.  It is important to note that this person was at the same spot at least between 11:54 a.m. and 12:14 p.m. the critical time period when Shawn was in the water and Rob stated he was attempting to seek assistance. 

The key questions are:  Did this person see anyone/anything in the water near the tunnel opening?  Did they see someone go out to the edge of the water in front of the tunnel and get pulled in by a wave and then come out?  Did they see someone running back and forth from end to end of the tunnel?  Did they see someone fumbling with a cell phone?  Did they see someone follow two others to the overlook?  Did they see someone throw something into the water?
